Hello nice to hear from you and thank you for the order..most of the garlic is skinless by now and a bit dry, but expected as the season is very late for fresh garlic , so I guess I should have expected that as I used to grow LOTS of garlic years ago..however when I used up the last of the breaded garlic that I bought in December at Labriolas ( it was great) anyway thank you for the order the garlic powder and scape powder, and the polenta are nice products I haven’t used the popcorn yet!!
