Amazing Japanese winter squash. Edible skin. Sweet orange flesh full of flavor. Thinly slice and eat raw, slice into wedges and bake, or chop and steam on the stovetop. Keeps for a couple of months so get some to keep on the counter to look at and some to eat right away. Ripens to a beautiful buff brown color. One squash. Average three pounds each.
