This is not any old organic cornmeal. We have been growing and selecting this heirloom, open-pollinated, Trentino red flint corn for years. Medium ground fresh on the farm’s burr mill, this whole grain yellow cornmeal with red bran flecks makes an outstanding polenta. 1.25 lbs. of cornmeal packed in a resealable, compostable pouch.
