This is not any old organic cornmeal. We have been growing and selecting this heirloom, open-pollinated, PA Dutch popcorn for years. Popcorn is a type of flint corn. Medium ground fresh on the farm’s burr mill, this whole grain white cornmeal makes an outstanding polenta. Creamy and delicious with real corn flavor- try it with a garlic tomato sauce. Also great with maple syrup for breakfast. So good! 1.25 lbs. of cornmeal packed in aresealable, compostable pouch.
